Anima

And after much waiting, we have Dragga's enemy, Anima. Very animalistic, and very powerful. She can use the powers of pretty much any animal, so long as she's seen it or eaten it. She prefers to gain by observing, but she can't seem to gain the powers of a dragon just by watching Dragga. She doesn't want to eat him, but she does want to keep him as a pet. Time for her history.

Anima started out as a biologist, studying all forms of life, but soon discovered that she could gain the power of any animal she had seen. Anima then began to perform experiments to enhance the abilities of organisms. She didn't want to hurt any of her "pets," so she experimented on herself. The experiments took a toll on her mind, which eventually led to her arrest and sentencing to a mental hospital. It was here that the organization responsible for Baggy and FreezerBurn found her and offered her a chance to continue her research. They deal was that she would help them in their experiments, and in exchange, they would fund any and all of her research. Her time with the organization and her exposure to their "experiments" furthered her interest in the potential of living creatures. It's said that she had a hand in awakening Baggy's powers by developing a serum that affected the structure of human DNA. Her interest in Dragga is sparked by his unique biologic makeup, and her desire to add the abilities of a dragon to her already impressive arsenal. She can heal extremely fast, has enhanced natural abilities, and can channel energy into her hands to enhance the power of her claw attacks. Her senses are also enhanced, and she even surpasses Dragga's natural senses.
